My previous servicing agent from GE left and Xiang Jun was allocated to me as my new consultant.
Just simply based on her name, I didn't even realise she was a girl and at a much younger age than I am! But that didn't matter.
She is very willing to share her very insightful knowledge with me and allows me sufficient time for my every decision. Being an Otaku, other than depending on Google for information, her advice has also helped me substantially in making more informed decisions on my insurance and financial planning portfolio.
I'm definitely looking forward to maintaining our advisor-client relationship moving ahead.

I have known Miss Soh for a little over a year through my son. Through this short period of time, I had purchased a few short-term GE policies with her assistance. Each time, Miss Soh would take her time to patiently explain to me, the benefits (and possibilities) of each policy prior to my making the final decision. A personal financial adviser needs to be reliable, empathetic and trustworthy, and Xiang Jun embodies all these qualities. Despite my repeated and incessant questions, she patiently answers them all, explaining what will be the options available given my situation at various points in life.
