Xiang Jun embodies what it means to be a ‘personal’ financial advisor. She has never failed to wholly consider the unique circumstances of my (and probably all her client’s) financial circumstances, offering options which best suits my needs.
Xiang Jun is also always generous with her time and attention to details. This allows me to rest easy in the knowledge that I have all the necessary information to make the most prudent financial decisions, as well as the means to do it with Xiang Jun’s help.
Most importantly, she has an increasingly rare trait: sincerity in her determination to ensure the best possible outcome for her clients. While I can’t claim to always make the best financial decisions, choosing Xiang Jun as my advisor is definitely one of them.

Just simply based on her name, I didn't even realise she was a girl and at a much younger age than I am! But that didn't matter.

I have known Miss Soh for a little over a year through my son. Through this short period of time, I had purchased a few short-term GE policies with her assistance. Each time, Miss Soh would take her time to patiently explain to me, the benefits (and possibilities) of each policy prior to my making the final decision. She demonstrated an innate ability to simplify and carefully explained, all the financial and insurance-related jargons that would otherwise have baffled non-finance-trained senior citizens like me.
