I have known Miss Soh for a little over a year through my son. Through this short period of time, I had purchased a few short-term GE policies with her assistance. Each time, Miss Soh would take her time to patiently explain to me, the benefits (and possibilities) of each policy prior to my making the final decision. She demonstrated an innate ability to simplify and carefully explained, all the financial and insurance-related jargons that would otherwise have baffled non-finance-trained senior citizens like me. She had never attempted to force me into purchasing any policies that she had presented to me. Recently and at my beckoning, Miss Soh and I had a 3-hour face-to-face meeting where she very carefully and painstakingly explained to me the various non-GE-related medical insurance policies that I had previously purchased. She also provided me excellent suggestions on how I could revamp my various medical polices to save on expenses at my present age. I am extremely pleased with Miss Soh’s efforts; assisting me in planning my financial and insurance needs. She demonstrates care and compassion in helping me resolve my current financial and insurance needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Miss Soh to my friends and associates as and when the opportunity arises.

A personal financial adviser needs to be reliable, empathetic and trustworthy, and Xiang Jun embodies all these qualities. Despite my repeated and incessant questions, she patiently answers them all, explaining what will be the options available given my situation at various points in life. While I thankfully haven't needed to make any major insurance claims, I have no doubt that I can depend on her should the need arise.

Just simply based on her name, I didn't even realise she was a girl and at a much younger age than I am! But that didn't matter.
She is very willing to share her very insightful knowledge with me and allows me sufficient time for my every decision.
