A personal financial adviser needs to be reliable, empathetic and trustworthy, and Xiang Jun embodies all these qualities. Despite my repeated and incessant questions, she patiently answers them all, explaining what will be the options available given my situation at various points in life. While I thankfully haven't needed to make any major insurance claims, I have no doubt that I can depend on her should the need arise.

I first met Xiang Jun as the Trainer of my Winter Internship. She was a really kind person who always put others first and never failed to be there for those in need. I admire how alert she is, and is always ready to settle any unexpected misfortunes.
By having her as a consultant, you will not have to worry that your problems cannot be settled in time. More importantly, she is sincere and responsible. She treats her clients like her friends/family and always wants the best for them. She provides constructive advice according to the needs of her clients and makes sure to follow up with all her clients thereafter.

My previous servicing agent from GE left and Xiang Jun was allocated to me as my new consultant.
Just simply based on her name, I didn't even realise she was a girl and at a much younger age than I am! But that didn't matter.
She is very willing to share her very insightful knowledge with me and allows me sufficient time for my every decision. Being an Otaku, other than depending on Google for information, her advice has also helped me substantially in making more informed decisions on my insurance and financial planning portfolio.

I have known Miss Soh for a little over a year through my son. Through this short period of time, I had purchased a few short-term GE policies with her assistance. Each time, Miss Soh would take her time to patiently explain to me, the benefits (and possibilities) of each policy prior to my making the final decision. She demonstrated an innate ability to simplify and carefully explained, all the financial and insurance-related jargons that would otherwise have baffled non-finance-trained senior citizens like me.
